Discover the top frequently asked questions by our campers that will help prepare you for your stay at Jellystone Park™ Tower Park. From check-in and check-out times, to pet policies and quiet hours, you can find it all here!
Where can I find rates?
Our rates vary throughout the season and depend on which site you choose, when you want to visit, and how many people are joining you. To check rates and availability, visit our Booking Website.
Do you have quiet hours?
We do! Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am daily. Any person under 18 years of age must be at their site or cabin during these hours, unless accompanied by an adult.
Are alcoholic beverages allowed?
They are, but the beverage must be held in an unmarked container or koozie. This is a family friendly Camp-Resort, so please be considerate of others and refrain from loud and unseemly language.
Can I tour the park?
We are happy to show off the Camp-Resort and we do allow walking tours. However, we cannot allow tours on holidays or busy weekends. Please call ahead, we would hate for you to waste a drive.
When is the Water Zone open?
Typically our Water Zone, including the interactive water playground and lazy river, is open Memorial Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. Hours and availability are subject to change, but you can always see the most current hours of operation here.
When is the cheapest time to stay?
Our rates depend on when you’d like to stay and what amenities are available during your dates. Shoulder season is cheaper than prime season, and weekdays are cheaper than weekends. However, please be sure to check amenity availability before booking.
Can my friends come and visit?
Guests must pay a guest fee and the number of people per site cannot exceed 8. Please note that your guests may not bring pets with them. If your guest arrives with a pet, they may not be permitted to enter the Camp-Resort. Check out all the information on our Park Passes page.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Yes! Pets are allowed at our RV sites, but not in our playgrounds, restrooms, or other buildings.
Select cabins are pet-friendly for a nightly fee. In cabins there’s a $50 fee for one pet and $75 fee for two pets. Guests or visitors may not bring pets with them. If they arrive with a pet, they may not be permitted to enter the Camp-Resort. Pet owners are required to bring a crate(s) for their pets and are responsible for noise control and clean up. Pets may not be left unattended outside. Hostile or disruptive dogs will be asked to be removed from the park.
Since we are a family friendly Camp-Resort, smoking, including vaping, of any kind is prohibited in all common and indoor areas. Smoking inside the pool area will result in lost privileges of that amenity. Smoking is not permitted inside cabins and will result in a hefty fine if found in violation.
You are permitted to smoke tobacco products at your campsite as long as you are doing so in a manner that is not disturbing to other campers. Smoking of any substances other than tobacco will not be tolerated under any circumstances. If we, in our sole judgment, believe that you or your guests is smoking a substance other than tobacco, you may be asked to leave the Camp-Resort without a refund.
What is your policy on firearms and weapons?
Guests must obey all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms. Firearms are not permitted in any property buildings or common areas. The only exception is that guests may have a firearm in a locked, private vehicle in parking areas if permitted by law. The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is strictly prohibited.
Are fireworks allowed?
No, fireworks are not allowed in Jellystone Park™.
Is early access available?
Early access is available starting at noon and will result in additional fees. Access to the Camp-Resort is considered early arrival regardless if site is ready or not. Based on availability – some days early access may not be permitted.
Early access (before check-in time) does not guarantee site/cabin will be ready or available at time of arrival. Early access only guarantees access to the campground and campground amenities, which requires parking in overflow. Access is based on availability – please call to inquire about availability prior to your arrival.
We absolutely cannot accommodate access prior to noon, so please plan your travel accordingly.
Will my reservation guarantee a specific campsite or cabin assignment or should I “lock in” my site number?
We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin location by paying our applicable locking fee. If you opt out of the locking fee, you are guaranteed your selected site or cabin TYPE, but not specific unit number.
What is the speed limit?
Because the Camp-Resort is full of active families with children, the speed limit throughout the Camp-Resort is 5MPH and is strictly enforced for your safety. We realize that this is ridiculous. If you do not feel that you are driving ridiculously slow, then you are driving too fast.
