Can I bring my own golf cart, motorized scooter, or ATV to the Camp-Resort?
For safety and liability reasons, guests are not permitted to bring any personal motorized vehicles or eBikes into Jellystone Park™. While we do not like to be the fun police, guests found in violation of this policy may be asked to leave without a refund. For your convenience, we do offer golf cart rentals that allow accessing our Camp-Resort easy, and fun!
How do I check in after hours?
If you are planning to arrive at our California camping resort after our normal Registration Station hours, you may check in by stopping at the security gate when you come into the park. Our staff will have your packet there waiting for you along with a map that shows you how to get to your site or cabin.
In the event that there is no one in the security gate area, your packet will be located in the black mailbox next to the sliding door. If there is anything you need prior to our office reopening please feel free to call our after hours number at (209) 369-1041 Option 3.

Is early access available?
Early access is available starting at noon and will result in additional fees. Access to the Camp-Resort is considered early arrival regardless if site is ready or not. Based on availability – some days early access may not be permitted.

What forms of payment are accepted for my reservation?
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Also gift cards!
What is the cancellation policy?

What are check-in and check-out times?
Cabin check-in time starts at 4:00pm and campsite check-in time starts at 3:00pm. Check-out time for cabins is 11:00am and for campsites, check-out is at 1:00pm.
What is your policy on firearms and weapons?
Guests must obey all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms. Firearms are not permitted in any property buildings or common areas. The only exception is that guests may have a firearm in a locked, private vehicle in parking areas if permitted by law. The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is strictly prohibited.

Are campfires allowed?
You bet, unless when we are under a Burn Ban, so be sure to ask the Ranger Station at check-in. We ask that campfires be confined to designated hours and are not left unattended. We do not permit outside firewood being brought into our park or the cutting of any of our trees or brush. Firewood is available for purchase and delivery at our Ranger Station.
Will my reservation guarantee a specific campsite or cabin assignment or should I “lock in” my site number?
We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin location by paying our applicable locking fee. If you opt out of the locking fee, you are guaranteed your selected site or cabin TYPE, but not specific unit number.
How do I add an add-on to my reservation?
Great question! You can add a golf cart, boat rental, or any of our other add-ons to your reservation by calling us or by adding one to your reservation while booking online!
What activities are included with my stay?
Almost all our activities are included. Gem mining, lazer tag, arts & crafts, and water rentals have their own costs, however.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Yes! Pets are allowed at our RV sites and select cabin types, but not in our playgrounds, restrooms, or other buildings.
Select cabins are pet-friendly for a nightly fee. In cabins there’s a $50 fee for one pet and $75 fee for two pets. Guests or visitors may not bring pets with them. If they arrive with a pet, they may not be permitted to enter the Camp-Resort. Pet owners are required to bring a crate(s) for their pets and are responsible for noise control and clean up. Pets may not be left unattended outside. Hostile or disruptive dogs will be asked to be removed from the park.

No, fireworks are not allowed at Jellystone Park™.
Can I smoke at your Northern California campground?
Since we are a family friendly Camp-Resort, smoking, including vaping, of any kind is prohibited in all common and indoor areas. Smoking inside the pool area will result in lost privileges of that amenity. Smoking is not permitted inside cabins and will result in a hefty fine if found in violation.
You are permitted to smoke tobacco products at your campsite as long as you are doing so in a manner that is not disturbing to other campers. Smoking of any substances other than tobacco will not be tolerated under any circumstances. If we, in our sole judgment, believe that you or your guests is smoking a substance other than tobacco, you may be asked to leave the Camp-Resort without a refund.
You are permitted to smoke tobacco products at your campsite as long as you are doing so in a manner that is not disturbing to other campers. Smoking of any substances other than tobacco will not be tolerated under any circumstances. If we, in our sole judgment, believe that you or your guests is smoking a substance other than tobacco, you may be asked to leave the Camp-Resort without a refund.
Do you allow inflatables in your pools?
We do not any inflatables in the pool at this time.
I’d like to be close to the water. Do you offer any riverfront cabins along the California Delta?
Although we don't have any cabin rentals located right along the water, our Cozy Cottages are the closest ones that can get you to the Delta! If you're looking to rent a riverfront cabin in California, this cabin type is the perfect option.
Do you have quiet hours?
We do! Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am daily. Any person under 18 years of age must be at their site or cabin during these hours, unless accompanied by an adult.

Do you offer snowbird camping at your California camping resort?
Yes, we do! We offer a variety of long term accommodations, making our Camp-Resort one of the best extended stay campgrounds in California. If you’re looking for a monthly RV park in California that has numerous RV site types to choose from, we’ve got you covered. We also have numerous cabin types for those who don’t own an RV, but would still like to enjoy snowbird camping in California. You can learn more about our monthly campground here.
Do you offer day passes?

What can I use my Jellystone Park™ gift card towards?
Jellystone Park™ gift cards are applicable toward reservations only. They may not be used toward day camp passes or any on-site amenities, camp store products, etc.
When is the Water Zone open?
Typically our Water Zone, including the interactive water playground and lazy river, is open Memorial Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. Hours and availability are subject to change, but you can always see the most current hours of operation here.
Am I able to store my trailer at your California Delta campground?

When is the cheapest time to stay?
Our rates depend on when you’d like to stay and what attractions are available during your dates. Non-peak season is cheaper than peak season, and weekdays are cheaper than weekends. However, please be sure to check amenity & attraction availability before booking.
Do you have boat rentals?

No, we do not offer price matching for campground reservations. Our pricing is carefully determined to provide fair value for the amenities and services included in the price of a stay. You will need to log into your Club Yogi™ Rewards account and request a certificate. You will need to present the certificate at check-in to be verified by the staff and credited to your reservation.

Are alcoholic beverages allowed?
They are, but the beverage must be held in an unmarked container or koozie. This is a family friendly Camp-Resort, so please be considerate of others and refrain from loud and unseemly language.
Can I tour the park?
We are happy to show off our Northern California family campground and we do allow walking tours. However, we cannot allow tours on holidays or busy weekends. Please call ahead, we would hate for you to waste a drive.
Can my friends come and visit?
Guests must pay a guest fee and the number of people per site cannot exceed 8. Please note that your guests may not bring pets with them. If your guest arrives with a pet, they may not be permitted to enter the Camp-Resort. Check out all the information on our Park Passes page.

What is the speed limit?
Because the Camp-Resort is full of active families with children, the speed limit throughout the Camp-Resort is 5MPH and is strictly enforced for your safety. We realize that this is ridiculous. If you do not feel that you are driving ridiculously slow, then you are driving too fast. As one of the best family campgrounds in California, we want to make sure everyone is safe during their stay.
Why should I stay at your California Delta campground over others campgrounds in the area?
Our Northern California campground is as close to the Delta as you can get! Located on the meandering byways of the California Delta, you won't experience a camping experience like any other while at our Camp-Resort. How far in advance should I make my reservation at your Northern California campground?
We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance of desired arrival date, as our Camp-Resort will fill up quickly! We book reservations up to 360 days in advance!
How far away is your Northern California campground from Sacramento?
Lucky for you, we offer some of the best camping near Sacramento, because our Camp-Resort is located only 40 miles away. We also offer some of the best RV camping and cabin rentals near Sacramento, with 20+ accommodation types!
Do you have golf cart rentals?
